Breathwork For Self Love Monday May 20th

In this breath practice, we're stoking the spark (or steady flame) of desire and devotion as we open the heart and deepen an intimate relationship with Self. If you already have a fulfilling relationship with Self, this practice will be a date night. If you seek to meet self, forgive self, trust self, honor self, express gratitude for self, then this practice will be an opportunity to be in communion with a holy companion -- A familiar spirit you've been traveling with all your life but perhaps rarely stop to truly be with.

Megan Attore is a licensed integrative therapist, professor and breathwork teacher. She blends modern talk therapy with holistic healing modalities to support clients, colleagues and groups to develop deeper relationships with psyche and spirit.
